[GAMEPLAY] Bug Luden's Echo Proc on Veigar Meteor Before it hits the ground.

Not sure, I could be mistaken, but I doubt it. Had a game in ARAM today. Seemingly killed by a luden's echo proc of a meteor that had not yet hit the ground to do damage. I took the proc before it landed.
