I played a game against Warwick where I was Fizz. At one point mid game WW ulted me, my friendly Lulu also ulted me, canceling WW's ult. While the suppression was canceled, the damage was not. As soon as Lulu made me big I troll-poled away with nobody hitting me - except for WW ult damage which then killed me.

The damage is not tied to the suppression. It's working as intended.
