Seriously riot, the fuck do i have to do to get p4 and climb out of p4.

ive honestly had more than 20 promos into p4 at this point, and been in p4 and demoted more than 5 times already,

i wish i could say 50% or more this is because inters/afks/crashes.

but its not, BUT THIS INSTANCE IS...
