Game keeps crashing with a bug splat after going to load in screen.

It started late today. Nothing has changed but now this happens 90% of the time. After attempting to reconnect 8-15 times it will let me in. I have re installed network drivers, graphics drivers and the game its self. Nothing has solved my issues. I even tried getting a riot support staff member to help but he could not solve it either. He thought it was the xbox app but even after uninstalling it all together the problem continues. Anyone know a possible fix or had trouble like this before?
