Looking for a group to do dynamic queue with.

Hey there I currently have 3 accounts in gold. Last season i had 2 in plat with my peak being plat 2. I have alot of flaws but im looking to improve and try to hit diamond this season. If there is any group that would be willing to take me and help me improve i would be greatly appreciative.
