LOW PRIORITY QUEUE PENALTY FOR RIOT'S F-UP

My turn to ban; I click a champ to ban; client doesn't register my click; i continue clicking; ban button still gray; i continue to frantically click to avoid getting the penalty; nothing happens. Finally, I get booted and hit with a 5 min penalty.
