Bug with Player vs AI

Recently played a bot match as a warm up, and noticed that the intermediate bots were much worse than usual. They weren't acting at all usual and the AI was really terrible. Constantly flashing when nothing was near them and they were full health. Running under turrets and just standing there as they get executed. And constantly trying to 1v5 the team.

Now I understand that bots aren't great, but I have never seen them this bad. Is it possible that something may have broke them further?

Oh and the Rzye bot is terrible, no clue what to do with his ult.
