Leona's Q interaction with her R

am not sure if this is a bug or intentional , but Leona's Q bonus range overrides her bonus range from her R

her Q gives her 50+ range https://ibb.co/h1PMdp her R gives her 100+ range https://ibb.co/iGnJPU yet if both my Q and my R has been activated my bonus range is 50+ until my Q is used or its duration has expired https://ibb.co/f9rgB9

i understand that this doesnt really impact the gameplay but i thought at least i should shed some light on this
but if this is intentional i would like to hear the reason behind this
