Evelynn's E - Ravage isn't on-hit procing Iceborn Gauntlet.

Recently in the update to Evelynn they made it so that Evelynn's E now Procs On-hit effects such as Blade Of The Ruined King, Devourer and the Sheen family but recently after playing Evelynn jungle i've noticed that Iceborn Gauntlet never procs from it. I've tested it E on it's on as a first spell and it would not apply its effect. I then test it by having the Iceborn proc activated and then activating E and it still wouldn't apply the effect. I've notice other things apply this effect instantly such as Ezreal's Q or Nasus' Q but Evelynn's E which is similar isn't applying the effect.

Edit - The effects of Devourer do apply fine as well as Blade of The Ruined King and Lich bane but it seems as though the other Sheen items don't apply its effect.
