Evelynn's E cooldown bug

Evelynn's E goes on full cooldown if she uses it and gets interrupted. This can happen from enemy cc or loss of vision (enemy walking in brush). Oh and it also consumes the empowered whiplash from demon shade.

Dunno if this is a bug or not but it's extremely annoying.
