Team Kill Bug

I played a ranked game earlier this morning and somehow my team mate jungler got a double kill, the double kill is fine except there's an issue, the second kill was on me (his team mate.) I have never experienced a team kill bug, but I figured it could possibly be a hidden bug with the bloodrazor item, as that's the only finished item my team mate had when he got the team kill.
