[client] Running the game in minimized

if you run the game behind another window or minimize it right after you connect to a match it causes the client to crash in champ select when it tries to teleport to the front of the desktop arrangement. if it manages to hurry and load in before you're kicked for idleness it then loads up a blank screen.
