Caitlyn's AA

Sorry if this is addressed I did not bother to look as this bug has been active for a while. Her AA is still instantly casting. It is actually pretty game changing to get the instant attack at the right time. It also makes me miss cs occasionally. Hopefully I am late to the party and is currently being fixed.
