The Mute Button....

So I played a couple of match today and of course I met some annoying people.. Went to tab and muted them, the chat bar shows "The user <name> is now being muted", as always, but I can still see their chat afterwards...

is this a global bug or is it just me? If it is just me then I'm super screwed.
