Potential Bug with Client

I queued up for a ranked game and my client crashed while loading.

I alt f-4'd to bring me back to the home page so I could re-load, but the home page was gone.

However, in the background, I could hear the game starting, but League wasn't running in the background because the application was shut down.

So, I re-load league, wait for an update (for some reason) to complete, log-in, and as I hit 100% I'm taken to the end game screen and lose 18lp for being AFK.

I'm fairly certain this is a potential bug.
