Miss Fortune's Q applies spell effects.

I play a lot of AP MF and in the last 2 patches I've noticed that her Double up procs Liandry's and Luden's, while it is not supposed to since it counts as an AA. It is 100% recreatable, just buy an item that procs spell effets and use Q.
