Possible bug on Brands ult

I am not sure on how brands ult works 100%, but when I use to play him at support his ult wouldn't single out champions it would just bounce to multiple targets depending on how many are in the area. The possibly bug I found on aram is, brands ult only bounced between 3 things. 2 champions and a minion, the minion wave was between the 2 champions and a decent distance between the champions and wave. It hit champion 1 first then minion then champ 2 then minion again then champ 1 and repeated that exact sequence. It didn't change minions just bounced between the same 3 things. Again I'm not 100% sure on brands ult since I don't play him anymore and wanted to report it as a possible bug
