Vladimir ult doesn't cast after flashing into range if movement command toward target is issued firs

Try this and confirm:

Scenario 1: Move away from target, cast your ult out of range but toward target, then flash in target's direction.

Result 1: The ult will cast upon flashing into range.

Scenario 2: Move away from target, issue movement command toward target, cast your ult out of range toward target, flash toward target.

Result 2: The ult will not cast upon flashing into range.
