Error 5 Failed to create Dump File.

After I patched league to 7.6 I have been getting error 5, that says failed to create dump file. Every time this has happen I was clicking on a champion to ban in Champ Select. This error caused me to dodge ques multiple times, while losing LP. It may have to do with banning Riven because it seemed it always happen when i tried banning her (Rito punishing me for hating Riven). So i wonder if anyone else is having this same problem or if it is a random occurrence in the client that has been in consistent spots for me. Regardless this needs a fix as I don't want to get put on low priority queue for something out of my control.
