[Gameplay] Unable to use Champion abilities and more.

This has happen to me 3 times now all in ranked! Usually in the beginning of the game, all of a sudden my keys don't work and i cant use any abilities. Then every time i left click it pings instead. After i realize all i can do in auto attack i tell my team what's up. I click enter and the screen flickers every time enter is pressed. it also switches the screen to the window form under video settings when enter is pressed. The only thing i can to is alt+tab out and close the client. By the time i restart my computer i am already behind and has always ended in a loss. Restarting does fix the problem and this has only happen once a day, but i don't want to sacrifice a game each day i play just so this i don't have this problem.

Update: Coherent UI stopped working in loading screen might have to do with it.

Final Update: Re-installing the client fixed my problem as far as i know.
