Audio adjustment and new sound Ideas for alpha client!

So i have been playing on the new client for a little bit now and i must say i really like what Riot did. However, i do have one complaint and one thing i think would be useful for the league community.

1. In the Alpha i have noticed on how loud the champions talk when they are picked in the ban and pick phases. It seems to over power almost everything i'm listening to with my volume setting for the client all on 10% and league volume under my computer under 10. Its almost startling every time i get into champ select hearing champion scream at me. So i think maybe there should be some adjustments to this or a audio bar somewhere. Maybe i'm missing it or something but there is complaint
2. Something i think would be useful for the game would be a better sound when it is your turn to pick or ban or even the announcer from summoners rift to say when it is your turn to pick or ban. maybe i am just stupid for not paying attention to the screen and looking at my second monitor too much, but i find myself not hearing the faint indication its my turn, this is also the same noise for when picks and bans switch to different people. I think an announcer would be a great addition to the new client and even have a toggle in case it gets too annoying.
