When in game, when I try to switch my music to the bilgewater music, I can't. My only option is the updated music (the normal season 5 music) the bilgewater music isnt an option and the classic music isnt an option either they just dont exist how do I fix this?

Sounds like unfortunately you're experiencing a bug that the HUD sometimes has with scrolling menus.
Could you try one more time, with the dropdown selected (or clicked), and with your cursor hovered directly over the "Updated" option, and THEN scroll down with your mouse wheel/middle mouse button and see if the Bilgewater option appears?
Additionally, the Bilgewater music will not play in Custom Games, but if you want to try this in a custom it should play Classic music, and when you switch to a matchmade game the Bilgewater music will play. :)
