spell shields changed??

I've noticed things behaving differently recently, but I don't recall reading any note on it,

• morg spell shield used on cait trap, doesn't get revealed
• sivir spell shield blocked a thresh hook, and the hook doesn't "catch onto but not stun" her like it used to, the hook "fizzles" and the entire spell is countered
• same thing as above but with braum shield, used to be braum would get cought by the hook now it counters the entire ability
