Unable to Ban in Ranked Queue Bug

Playing on Mac client. Attempted to play ranked. Unable to ban any champs. Happened twice in a row. Got LP dodge for both times even though I was unable to select anything. Champ select shows up completely blank. Unable to see any champs no matter if you type in champion name or attempt to sort champions.
