Morgana w bug

I just played an aram game, Morganas e some how killed me 5 seconds after it cleared off the map. she didnt have death fire touch or anything. But some how the damage kept ticking even though I was not it in and it was off the map I checked the video and the only thing that was attacking me was her w which I was no where near
