Time for some nerfs

My Summoner name is RedOpticToxin the last game I played was actually unfair and should be looked at. The game I played was on 11/13/17, I played Braum and the game time was 41:32 long. Take a special look at Kog maw, in the early game he was 0-2 and down 30 cs to my adc but still managed to output insane dmg that could almost 2 v 1. Look at vlad late game he would heal for 100% hp and could not be taken down even with the 0 resists he possed. He was also even for a time and one shotted my adc. Even the kennen who went even output insane dmg but Im gonna be reasonable and not say anything. These new runes are great and all but they have made great champs that were already sort of op absolutely busted to the point where you cannot lose no matter how big of a lead the other team has. Please take a look at this game.
