Kennen E speed boost is mathematically incorrect

He starts with 335 movement speed E's tooltip says he gains 335 FLAT MOVEMENT SPEED 335+335=670 The last time I played kennen, I had 565 movement speed when using my E. This is mathematically incorrect, and it doesnt give him the full movement speed boost, so it's an indirect nerf.
