Zoe's buggy E - Unnecessarily hard to hit with *except* as a trap! - Even Faker can't use it well!

There's something really at odds with Zoe's E.

The target line seems to be much thinner than the animation - countless defensive, mid-length/mid range and other direct shots actually seem to go *through* the enemy champion, *NOT* register a hit, and land as a trap on the other side.

This isn't just me as a Zoe main, - Faker is having issues as well and he's one of the top 10 in the world for several years now!
