Couldn't play Teambuilder for the following reasons:

Couldn't see the fifth person in queue, couldn't ready up due to it saying that there was no one there, even though they were clearly typing in chat, when I told the Captain to kick me, they did, but I didn't leave queue. I was able to type to them still. When I clicked exit on the Teambuilder, nothing happened. Had to completely shut off the client.
