Fix for game crashes/not loading/launch issue

95% sure people having the wierd 1fps - 300fps while not being able to buy or move issue is because of LoLRecorder or LoLReplay. Try Disabling it and enter a bot game. I'm a computer technician and I've tried a hundred different methods and this is the only thing that instantly fixed my issue. Also, not positive but i think riot released a mini patch with rek that fixed the Launch issue where it would just not load
