Rammus + Iceborn Gauntlet

Despite my efforts to make it known to Riot for about a month already, the bug where Iceborn Gauntlet does not factor in Rammus W when calculating slow field radius is still not fixed.

Yes, I have already submitted a ticket, gotten a response saying that they can't tell me whether or not a bug is being fixed.

And yes, I have used the bug report function on the client.
