HEXTECH CHEST + EMOTE BUG

I unlock emotes from hextech chests. But they never actually get added to my account. Not in the hextech shop area where i might have to craft them and they also dont appear in my profile/collection. This has been happening to me every time i get an emote. I never end up getting it. I have been scammed out of so many chests due to this fact. I never was able to get it on video but i finally did. Please fix this.
