Loading Screen for Saved Replays/Spectate Mode not Loading Properly

When watching saved replays, the loading/summoning screen shows everyone as 'not connected'. They don't connect until the very end, where the loading screen is there for about half a second before getting into the game. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. I generally like being able to look at the loading screen for replays, as it can tell me summoner's ranks, keystones, and mastery level, and is just generally good for scouting. With my previous experiences, the summoners are connected from the start and after a minute or so of them loading in, everyone finishes at the same time and then we get in game. But now it's just a half second if that to be able to look at everything. I believe this also happens with spectate mode as well.
