Honor capsules are officially broken.

This has to be a bug. I just got my third honor capsule and it gave me the same champion shard as the last 2 honor capsules. Kayle and 2 key fragments. I keep selling the kayle shard off for blue essence and getting kayle again. Riot come on, this is getting kind of mocking. I don't even want capsules anymore because it's just a disappointment. Please stop giving me capsules.
