lag, rubbber banding and gliding with OSX Yosemite

My game has been freezing during the vs. screen, crashing after the game ends, and lagging out in between. Before 4.20, my ping was ~78 or so, but since the log in issue a day or two ago, it's been in the 90's at its lowest. My game constantly gets lag spikes, rubber bands, and I get gliding at least a couple times each game. Rarely, it crashes mid-game and I can't even tab out... the game screen stays, and no hot keys will terminate it.

I run dual monitors and am running Activity Monitor on the 2nd (it's the only way I can close the game if it freezes), I can see that my wifi is not dropping nor is my connection slowing down. During the gliding episodes, my ping typically stays the same. Again, no deterioration of my connection. My memory is never anywhere near capacity. Takes place in draft, team builder, and vs. AI.

This occurred both with OS X 10.10.0 and 10.10.1. I have also tried changing to faster DNSs, the problems still persist. After over a year of playing, I received my very first leaver buster warning as a result of this.

Not sure if it's related, but LoL Patcher and UserKernal are never responding. When the game freezes during the vs. screen, League of Legends isn't responding, though sometimes it fixes itself. I'm also usually the last to load, which previously was not the case.

Just played a bots game, was optimistic since there seemed to be no issue, then I tried normal draft... everything was fine until around 15 minutes in, random lag spikes again and a little rubber banding, though no sliding. No one else has said they're experiencing the same thing in-game, so I'm guessing it's the OSX client.
