Camille Ultimate Unmentioned Effect

Camille ultimate will sometimes prevent the person from attacking whatsoever, nowhere on her ability info does it say it does this, it only roots the target according to description, but most of the time the target just sits there even when surrounded by champions in melee range as a melee champion I've even seen it happen to ranged. Which is completely ridiculous. I mean I'd get it if it said stun, but it says root, so it just not attacking at all after being hit is something that either isn't intended or the description of the ability needs to be updated if it is intended, that's not rooting at that point.

Edit: I feel like this is akin to the bug of champions that just sit there. Champion can't move for whatever reason (this time being a root) and so just doesn't attack.
