[Patch 10.1x] Amumu Ult not casting twice when mage capped

Region:Na (most likely global issue)

Bug Description: When you go 6 Mages and mage Cap the Amumu he will only ult once instead of twice like 6 Mages is supposed to do.

Replication steps: 1: Get any Amumu with a Mage cap 2: Build 6 Mages (can be any mages honestly) 3: Have amumu ult and he will only ult once

Replication %: 100% from what I have seen. Might need more testing.
