Cannot start new game

Hi guys,

ever since the release of TFT, every time I don't finish 1st or 2nd, I exit the game, and try to get in a new one, I cannot, because I only have the 'reconnect' button. Sometimes when I click reconnect, the game crashes, I cannot close it, or access other things on my pc because of it, so I have to restart (this happens in regular games for many people on EUNE aw btw). I opened a couple of tickets and forum discussion about this, 0 answer so far, keeps happening, I guess maybe in a couple of years a rioter will acidentally come across one of my posts, so I'll just keep posting.

I think that's what happened to me, I am new to the game and just messing around in different game modes and i try TFT. I lose and I close the game because I'm getting off for the day, I log in today and I can't get into any games including practice modes and only a reconnect button shows that does absolutely nothing.
