Clash Orb disappeared with an error, then didn't give me any loot.

I won until finals and got a Clash Orb. When I went to open it, it read an error code and didn't drop anything as far as I'm aware. :(

I got my twitch free skin shard, opened it, tried to use it, and it bugged, and crashed my client, now i cant even open loot no matter how many times i restart client.

Dont worry, the STORE is still up though, if that were down they would prioritize fixing the bug, but since its just our free loot they take their sweet time.

Same thing happen to me, I won finals and now I don't have any loot from the orb and the orb is missing. I don't know if I should send ticket or just wait n see if it fixes itself.

WON ALL THREE OF MY GAMES TODAY, WENT TO GO OPEN MY ORB, GOT NOTHING BUT AN ERROR CODE, RESTARTED CLIENT AND ORB WAS GONE, NO REWARDS.

Same me and my team won all matches yesterday and we can't see ourselfs in clash history. Neither did we get any rewards...

+1 on this exactly. Won clash, "received" the orb. Went to open and it gave me an error. Now it and my victory Icon are gone.

Yo my team won our 3 clash games and then when I went to open my orb, I got some weird error message, and then Riot froze the Loot and now I just checked and the Loot is working but the orb is still gone.

Will I ever get my reward?
