[GAMEPLAY] Persisting Woodland and Druid Buffs

During a TFT game, a bug occurred where I received a persistent additional point in Woodland and Druid. As you can see in my screencap, I have a point in both despite the 3 champions on the field not having those statistics.

It seems this is a completely visual issue. A quick test in a later round showed that with only 1 Druid and 2 Woodlands, neither buff actually actives, despite the HUD saying its active.
