Thief's Glove bug

Not sure if it was based on character or not but it happened when upgrading to a level 2 Zed. I got two Zeds from the champion pools, one had a Needlessly Large Rod and the other had a Hush. Prior to the pulls I purchased a Zed and put a Thief's glove on him.

Upon getting the third Zed with the Hush, it upgraded him to level two and unequipped the Glove and the Hush and left the Rod, but it also left two black boxes and couldn't equip anything else on him.
