RFC misses yordles occasionally

RFC equipped Zed misses Veigar without Phantom Dancer, but with yordle full set bonus(from time to time). There were instances where 3 consecutive attacks with RFC would miss. I knew RFC was bugged, but in the "good", OP way...

6 yordles is a 50% chance to miss Ive had a tristana tank enemies missing 10 attacks cause thats how RNG works

RFC says your attacks can't be dodged

It says nothing about attacks being missed
