WHY DOESNT THE CAROUSEL START SPINNING AFTER EVERYONE HAS LOADED IN SO EVERYONE GETS A FAIR CHANCE?

I literally load in when theres 3 seconds left on the carousel most times its not even enough time to walk towards my item. I don't see why though I have 60 ping and like 60 fps. Why not just start the game once EVERYONE is loaded in. Thats like starting the timer in a 5v5 after only 1 person has loaded in the game. What? No way i can even play ranked TFT with this bug
