Sword of the Divine - Permanent 100% Crit Uptime
Not sure if this is latest patch or latest PBE. Please hotfix this if it's currently affecting ranked games on live, Assassins are already the top build.

It's on PBE, that's Scarra's PBE name, and one of the other players has PBE in their name. It's definitely not doing this on the live server, I checked. It activates on average around the 10 second mark. The fact that it remains active for the remainder of the fight is intended. The only part that was bugged in this video was the fact that it was activating at the start of the battle almost every time (there was 1 or 2 fights where it didn't activate).
i keep building these in live( 3 times in as many games) and they don't really proc at all for me. 5%=0 procs if you are unlucky as i've been.
