Renekton 3 healing to full while under the effects of Morellonomicon

The math was just not adding up to how much this man was healing, and the healing was happening irregularly. It had DragonClaw,PD, and Red Buff so we would end most fights fighting 1v5 where he would be healing to full from 10 HP. Renekton 3 heals 350x5= 1750 HP per Q

Renekton 3 had 2160+200(Redbuff)= 2360 HP

My singed was alive every single fight applying the Morello debuff and he was still healing to full every single fight.

TFT is a bugfest, i dont think they had time to design a logical and unified system for a lot of things, and duct-taped together lots of individual interactions.

As a side-note, Sivir appears to have a 100% Hush proc rate on bounces, which is fun.

morellos does not cut healing down fully, it cuts it down by 80%
