Mittens not applying proper bonus

Placed mittens on a Jayce, which should give 20% crit and 20% dodge, but it only increases his listed crit rate to 35%. Either graphical error and his crit is properly 45%, or the doubling bonus from combining gloves with spatula isn't working as intended.
