Accidental item drop makes the item vanish... for a while :)

Hey hey!

I was just finishing my first carry 3 set itemise when I started to equip it on a champ. The round was about to start. The first item I tried to equip fell, didn't equip on champ, didn't drop on ground, didn't remain in hand(so to speak). It just vanished. I had to make another Hextech, sadly, convinced I lost the item due to this bug. Later on, I bought and sold multiple shop offers, until I sold an Aatrox, which finally dropped my missing Hextech. And justice for all... I guess. :S
