Can you fix the problem with the orb always being "claimable"

Been like this ever since TFT has been introduced, the orb which is suppose to be active once a day is always claim-able, it's kind annoying to always see that yellow dot signafying i have something i can claim from the missions/orb and then to see it's the same bug over and over again.
