Hextech Item Interaction Bug?
So, I noticed last night, when playing as/against hex and items get disabled.. Zekes and Locket get disabled at start of combat.. Time goes on, 8 seconds expires, champs spread all over the effin place now and the game does the zekes/locket check. Problem is, it seems like the game implements the bonus for the champ wearing the zekes/locket and hexes by them, but at 8 seconds in, hardly no one is by the zekes/locket rendering it even more useless. I understand disabling items but there should be some check where once the 8 seconds is up, the original allies by locket/zekes get the buff. Not the lone
only getting the zekes buff because he has it equipped.
Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended.. Really crappy though if this is how it is supposed to work as it renders the items pretty useless for the whole round rather than just 8 seconds..
