Redemption still is not healing

I know before 9.14B patch for tft that redemption was buggy and wouldn't heal sometimes.

But then even with the 9.14B patch i had just played two separate games and redemption did not heal my champs.

Not really sure how detailed I should make this since it seems straight forward problem....(not saying that the code behind it is straight forward just that the problem is easily recognizable in game)

Just had this happen in my game. Built redemption early on, and the heal didn't work at any point during the game.
